The Alternative Living Group, Inc. (ALG) is a non-profit, human service agency licensed by the State of New York to provide a wide range of residential, recreational and support services to individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.

ALG is the Capital District's only MR/DD agency with its primary mission to serve minorities and others with disabilities from ethnically and/or culturally diverse backgrounds.
